Please add the desired background check and/or criminal record option to cart, update quantity if multiple checks are needed, complete payment, then submit subject information here (repeat per subject). Please maintain the same eMail address during payment and all subject information submissions. What is the quickest way to order?
The quickest way is to place your order online via our website and to pay with your credit card on our secure server or PayPal. Orders are completed within 24 business hours (unless otherwise specified) from the time your subject information is received. Orders received before 3:00PM EST Monday - Friday, are completed same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

What is your telephone number?
Because we are solely web based, we do not provide customer support via telephone. This helps to keep our prices low. You can always reach us using any of the below options and we will promptly respond.

How secure is the checkout process?
Our entire site is always hosted on a secure server.  At all times while browsing, shopping, and/or submitting subject information you will be on the FindOutTheTruth.com secure server.

How do I know if my payment processed correctly?
When you submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation eMail/receipt from research@FindOutTheTruth.com. We suggest that you add our eMail address to your safe senders list. This will help to keep our correspondence from not being delivered or landing in your spam filter/folder. In addition, please include your ORDER NUMBER with all correspondence.

Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been processed and completed, we would not be able to cancel the order. If you need to make a change or addition to your order, please either refill your subject information via our form @ submit subject information or contact us.

How will I receive the results of my search?
All reports are returned via eMail and to the eMail address provided during checkout.

Is my personal information secure?
Your confidentiality is completely protected. Your personal information will never be available or sold to any third party. Your information is kept for a period of 60 - 90 days and then purged for security purposes.

Will the person I am conducting the search on ever find out?
Absolutely not. Your confidentiality is 100% guaranteed. We will not contact the subject of your search, now or in the future. The subject has no way of knowing about the search or who ordered it. The same holds true for any type of search we provide -- no one will know about your search unless you tell them yourself. In cases of fraud, stalking, threats, harassment, etc., we may contact and notify said subject along with local and federal government.
